How to Claim LIC Policy After Death?

LIC Death Claim Step by Step Process:

Every policy holder surely will get the death claim amount from LIC Of India if the policy is in live (or)in-force.

Find the step by step process.

– Inform the information to your agent, advisor
– Check if the policy having any pending payments
– Check weather policy is in live / in-force
– Arrange below documents and reach your home branch or your LIC agent.

Documents Required.

1) Original policy documents.
2) Death Certificate of Policy holder
3) Nominee Photocopy of identity proof.
4) Nominee Photocopy of address proof.
5) Nominee Bank Information


Note: Nominee need to submit NEFT form along with that submit a cancelled cheque.

After submitting all required document the lic offer will verify it and move forward the process. The total process will take 1-3 weeks and get the amount. LIC Of India will pay directly to nominee bank account.
