1) Visit official website cowin.gov.in

2) Sign ( Enter your mobile number and An OTP will be sent to your mobile number for verification)

3) After login you find the option of “Rise an Issue” Click on it

4) Click on “Revoke Vaccination”

5) Go to Member Details Select a Member then rise the issue.

6) After few hours they will check your information and update it along with your next dose date.
